HOW TO MAKE CREAM CHEESE?


 
Makes 100 gm Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS

Milk – 1 Kg
Vinegar – 3 to 4 tblsp
 
1. Boil milk.
2. Add 3-4 tblsp vinegar.
3. Let milk split. Strain.
4. Cool cheese slightly. Blend in mixer.
 
This is a very good substitute for the ready made Cream Cheese. It is used in Cheesecakes, Cakes, Frostings and Desserts.
