PERFECT BOILED EGGS
Put eggs in pan. Cover with water. (If eggs are added to water in a pan, they jump and fall and break.)
When water comes to a boil, cook for:
3 minutes - for soft boiled eggs
4½ minutes - for medium soft boiled eggs
7 minutes - for hard boiled eggs
Remove eggs from water. Wash in running water. Tap with a spoon all over to crack shell and then peel shell.
