BAKED MOZZARELLA TOMAOTES



 
 INGREDIENTS
 Tomatoes
 Mozzarella Cheese – grated
 Salt and Pepper
 Mixed Herbs
 Chilli Flakes
 
 
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Cut small lid from tomatoes.
3. Scoop pulp and seeds with a small spoon to make the tomatoes hollow. Sprinkle salt and pepper in hollow tomatoes.
4. Mix some mixed herbs and chilli flakes with grated mozzarella cheese.
5. Fill tomatoes with seasoned cheese.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Serve with toasted bread.
Option: Mix chopped ham or salami with cheese before filling tomatoes.
