MILK is our leading source of calcium, which is needed for bones and teeth. It also provides high quality protein, riboflavin, vitamin A and many other nutrients.
Everyone should drink milk daily. Below are recommended amounts in terms of 200 ml cups of whole fluid milk:
Children under 9 ......................................2 to 3
Children 9 to 12 ......................................3 or more
Teen-agers ................................................4 or more
Adults .......................................................2 or more
Pregnant women .......................................3 or more
Nursing mothers ........................................4 or more
Note: For cup measure guide, empty any 200 ml tetra pack of juice into a cup. If you can empty tetra pack contents and fill the cup, then the cup becomes your meausring cup. All small tetra packs of Tropicana or Real Juices come in 200 ml tetra packs.
