BEETROOTS
BEETROOTS ARE FULL OF VITAMIN A, C AND RIBOFLAVIN.
To Cook:
Wash and put in a plastic bag. Tie a knot on the bag and make a hole in it. Microwave for 5 minutes. Peel and use.
For a Great Salad:
Slice cooked beetroot. Add sliced apples. Toss in lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little brown sugar. Yumm!!
