HOW TO MAKE TEA MASALA AT HOME?
INGREDIENTS
Fennel Seeds (Saunf) - 6 tblsp
Cloves (Laung) - 6
Cinnamon (Dalchini) - 2 1" pieces
Green Cardamom (Choti Elaichi) - 8
Black Cardamom (Moti Elaichi) - 4
1. Grind all ingredients in small grinder.
2. Store in dry airtight container.
3. Add a pinch or two to 1 cup water while boiling for tea.
