CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD

 
  
INGREDIENTS
 
Boiled Chicken – 2 cup diced
Canned Pineapple – 4 slices drained and diced
Spring Onion - 1 chopped along with the greens
Cabbage – ¼ shredded
Oil - 1 tblsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce - 2 tblsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tblsp
White Vinegar – 2 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar or Honey – 1 tsp
 
 
1. Combine chicken, pineapple, onion and cabbage in a bowl.
2. Add oil, tomato ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar or honey. Toss to mix well.
3. Serve cold.
