HOW TO: MAKE CURRY MAYONNAISE
INGREDIENTS
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Ginger - ¼ tsp minced
Garlic - 1 clove minced
Honey - 1 tblsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
Mango Chutney - 1 tblsp chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1 tblsp chopped
Mint Leaves - 2 tsp chopped (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Combine all ingredients to mix well.
2. Serve over boiled chicken, boiled potatoes or steamed vegetables.
3. It can also be served as a dip with snacks, chips or crudities.
