HOW TO: MAKE QUICK KACHUMBER SALAD
To be served with Bhaturas, Puris or Stuffed Paranthas
INGREDIENTS
Cucumber - 1 unpeeled, halved and cut into long thick strips
Tomatoes - 4, deseeded and cut into thick strips
Onions - 2 peeled, sliced, rubbed with 1/2 tsp salt and then washed. (This removes the pungency of onions)
Mango Pickle - 1/2 cup (pieces and masala)
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
1. Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve.
