When I make pasta it becomes too thick. Would u pls guide the steps for making pasta!!


Answer from Mrs. Harkiran Janeja:

1. Boil 1.5 litre of water with ½ tsp salt for every 200 gm pasta. Add pasta to boiling water. Do not reduce heat.

2. Cooking time: as instruction on packet.

3. Drain pasta. Quickly add 25 gm butter to hot pasta. Toss to mix. Use as u want.

Note: Never refresh cooked pasta in cold water.

Pasta cooked like this can be added to any sauce. Pls revert if you have any further doubts on the same.
