HOW TO: MAKE GLAZED CARROTS
 
 
 
 
INGREDIENTS

Carrots - ½ Kg, peeled & cut into long pieces
Water - ½ cup
Butter - 50 gm
Honey - ½ cup
Black Pepper to taste 

 
1. Add water, butter, honey and carrots to a pan.
2. Cook till carrots are crisp tender.
3. Reduce any liquid till carrots are glazed.
4. Add black pepper to taste and mix.
5. Can be served with any non-vegetarian or vegetarian meal as a side dish.
