HOW TO: MAKE MINT SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
Fresh Ground Mint - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 tblsp
Ground Ginger Powder - ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Apple Juice - ¼ cup
Cider or White Vinegar - ¼ cup
Honey - 4 tblsp
Cider or White Vinegar - ¼ cup
Honey - 4 tblsp
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
2. Keep in fridge.
3. Serve with all cold cuts of meat like ham, salami, seared sausages, boiled chicken, steamed vegetables, as salad dressing or combined sandwich fillings.
