WHAT WE'RE COOKING TODAY: GARLIC SCRAMBLED EGGS
 

 
 
 
INGREDIENTS
 
Eggs - 4
Garlic - 1 tsp minced
Amul Butter - 25 gm (1/4 of 100 gm packet)
Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste
Mixed Herbs to sprinkle (optional)
 
 
1. Beat eggs with fork. Add salt. Keep aside.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Add garlic. Saute slightly, without coloring.
4. Add eggs and scramble quickly.  
5. Serve hot on toast. Sprinkle with mixed herbs, if using.
