HOW TO: MAKE TEA MASALA 2
INGREDIENTS
Saboot Kali Mirch (Black Peppercorns) - ⅓
cup
Choti Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom) - ¼ cup
Laung (Cloves) - 20
Dalchini (Cinnamon Sticks) - ¼ cup broken into small pieces
Sund (Dry Ginger Powder) - 2 tsp
1. Grind all together into a fine powder in small grinder. Store in air tight jar.
2. Add a pinch or two to 1 cup water while boiling for tea.
3. It is good for general throat ailments also.
Note: ⅓ cup is between ¼ cup and ½ cup.
