WHAT WE'RE COOKING TODAY: CASHEW, SPINACH AND CHEESE DIP
 
 
 
 
 
INGREDIENTS
 

Spinach - washed, trimmed and chopped - 75 gm
Cashewnuts - 40 gm chopped
Processed Cheese - ¼ cup grated
Amul Cheese Spread - 1½ tblsp
Garlic - 1 clove chopped
Lemon Juice - 1½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp or to taste 
Mixed Herbs - 1½ tsp
Black Pepper or Red Chilli Powder to taste
Tobasco or Hot Sauce - few drops to taste (optional)
Olive Oil - 3 tblsp
Milk - 7 tblsp 
 

 
1. Place spinach in a pan. Cover with boiling water. Leave till it wilts. Strain and cool. Squeeze all excess water.
2. Add all ingredients except oil and milk in blender. 
3. Add oil and milk and blend again. Blend till smooth.
4. Remove to a bowl.
5. Can be served with bread sticks, nachos, chips, raw vegetables, etc.
