WHAT WE'RE COOKING TODAY: SAUSAGES WITH HERBED MUSTARD SAUCE
 
 
 
 
 
INGREDIENTS
 
Sausages - 500 gm, sauteed in 2 tblsp oil till slightly colored and thickly sliced
 
SAUCE
Dijon or any other Mustard Paste - 1 tblsp
Oil (Olive or any other) - 1 tblsp
Curd - 125 ml (hang for ½ hour)
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp or to taste
Dried Herbs any of choice or Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Flakes to taste
 
1. Put the mustard in bowl and whisk in oil drop by drop till all is used.
2. Stir in curd gradually. Add lemon juice, herbs, salt and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
3. Add sauce to prepared sausages.
4. Can serve as starter at room temperature or cold.
