FRENCH TOAST WEEK: JAM YUM FRENCH TOAST


We have all grown up eating Bread Jam Butter! Even today, most of the kids love it! Happy School Tiffin Meal!
 
Worried Moms Rejoice! This is a healthy change! Adding an egg to the bread jam butter makes it so much more healthy!
 
Feeding the kids an Egg and Bread was never this easy!... :)



 JAM YUM FRENCH TOAST

 
 
 
INGREDIENTS
 
Bread - 2 slices
Butter - to spread
Jam - any - enough to spread
Egg - 1
Milk - 2 tblsp
Oil - 1 tblsp
 
 
1. Spred butter and jam on 1 slice of bread. Top with other slicce and press together.
2. Beat egg and milk till well combined. Transfer to a plate.
3. Dip bread in this to coat both sides. Coat the edges also.
4. Heat oil in pan.
5. Place bread in pan. Cook one side and then the other.
 
Option: Can coat dipped bread (Step 3) with breadcrumbs and proceed with Step 4 and 5.
